LIMA Estate is a 7000-hectare Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) - registered economic zone with 50,000 employees. It is considered to be the number one-selling and the largest privately-owned industrial park in the Philippines. It is a mixed-use development hosting 111 locators, 100 retail stores and restaurants, 138-room 4-star hotel, a transportation hub, and over 2,000 households. It currently has a transformation capacity of 100 MVA providing annual average energy of 185,149 MWh. A Second 69 kV sub-transmission line is expected to be completed by Q4 2020 – this will serve as redundant line for LIMA Technology Center, ensuring the reliability of power supply. Lima Water produces an average of 7.5Mn liters of water per day ~ 2.76 Bn liters per year, supplying for 117 customers within the park. It provides clean (Class AA) water source through its deep well supply system that produces 10,500 cu.m of potable water per day at full capacity. Park has Environment Compliant Water Treatment: with Oxidation-type and sequencing batch reactor (SBR) facilities that can process 26,000 cu.m. of waste water per day. LTC provides 24/7 security service, highly trained emergency response team, a fiber optic internet connection with multi provider and a One stop Shop PEZA and BC office to assist its locators.
